Copies of charter documents of companies
On 5 February 2007 MI FNS ¹ 46 of Moscow changed the rules for issuing copies of charter documents of companies at the time of their formation or making changes to existing companies.In accordance with Order of FNS of Russia dated 01.11.04. ¹ ÑÀÝ-3-09/16@, MI FNS ¹ 46 of Moscow accepts one copy of charter documents filed by companies.
After registration a Certificate of registration is issued and an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. To obtain copies of charter documents the territorial tax authority to which a company is allocated should be contacted.
